We will send you an email to confirm your order, and again to confirm dispatch. You can cancel your order immediately after purchase/ordering by contacting us. However, once your goods have been dispatched it is not possible to cancel and the order must be processed as a return.
When you purchase via pre-order, you are charged the total price of the item(s) at checkout. Shipping fees will also be charged. You will receive an email confirmation of your order, including scheduled dispatch date. When your order is ready we will notify you by email. If you have any questions about the delivery window for a specific item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can cancel your order immediately after purchase by contacting us by email. However, once your goods have been processed and dispatched it is not possible to cancel the order. At that point the order must be processed as a return, see below.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS CUSTOMS & DUTY
International orders outside of UK/EU are sold NET of TAX, and have VAT TAX (20%) deducted at checkout. As the recipient, please be advised that you are liable for any import duties, customs or local sales tax levied by your home country, or the country you are shipping to. Payment of these charges is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
*Please note that the shipping rates, or free shipping offers, are not inclusive of any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country.
We require a signature for all orders. If you specify a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes (for example as a gift), or different address for delivery, you thereby agree to accept the obtained signature as evidence of delivery and transfer of responsibility for the goods to yourself.
If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact email@example.com within 7 days of receipt to request a return authorisation number and instructions for return. Garments must be in unused and unworn condition with garment tags. Returns that do not meet this policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
It is advisable to send returned items by recognised carrier or registered post and keep your proof of postage certificate, as DRESS cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit, and any damages occurring during return will be the liability of the purchaser. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and non refundable.
Returns must be recieved within 14 days of Return Authorisation for full refund. DRESS is not responsible for any item that is returned without a Returns Authorisation number and outside of the returns time frame.
Refunds will be made using your method of purchase less any shipping costs,and we will send an email confirming your refund.
RETURNS CUSTOM DECLARATION
Your local customs & duty charges are non-refundable through the store as they have been applied by your government agency. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs agent directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.
For international returns, please ensure returned goods are marked 'Returned Goods' on the customs form to avoid further taxation. Failure to do so may result in the buyer being made liable for any import duties or taxes upon return.
